  • ICS Shoes | On-line Retail Specialty Shoe Store

    Built and operated fully automated speciality shoe store, since 2011 .  Utilized Internet marketing pay-per-click and shopping sites including Google, Amazon, Bing, eBay and Walmart to expand reach. Added Remarketing and SEO positioning to further increase revenues.  Website

  • Launched Internet Start-ups

    Conceived businesses, raised capital, built websites, and developed Internet strategies. Utilized various Internet marketing methods including SEO, banners, email, affiliates, and pay-per-click. Created technology to track and analyze the marketing results. Successfully sold two of the companies.

  • Turned Around Software Company

    Salvaged underperforming medical office software company, on verge of closing down. Streamlined operations, slashed expenses, hired Sales Manager, and brought on board top producers. Within 6 months, company turned the corner, achieved profitability, and was subsequently sold.

  • Created Infrastructure for Public Company

    Brought in to build a Division for small cap public company, to support backbone of processing and support systems. The technology supported various in-bound and out-bound communications methods to process all business transactions.

  • Created Internet Presence for Leading Diabetic Supply Company

    With an established reputation in building companies, helped this major diabetic supply business improve its revenue and profits via the Internet.  The principal charge was to build their web presence and handle all their Internet marketing.

  • Built Diabetic Supply Company with Internet Marketing

    For this startup diabetic supply company, we crafted the business plan, prepared the private memorandum, and raised $500K to launch the business. We built the patient base using Internet marketing and it was the only company in the industry built over the Internet. The company grew rapidly and profitably and was ultimately sold for a profit.

  • Established Microsoft Education Center

    The Beacon Institute for Learning grew to a significant entity owning and operating education centers at more than 40 universities. Specifically, the centers provided Microsoft technical training. Due to the success of Beacon, significant outside investment capital was obtained and the company continued to grow, becoming highly profitable.

  • Launched Systems Integration Company

    US Connect - Miami, Inc began as a turnkey software development firm and evolved into a leading South Florida network integration company providing wide area networks, hardware systems, application software, and professional integration services.

    The company landed many large scale network implementation projects and performed work for such customers as Carnival Cruise Lines, Burger King and the Miami Herald. It grew to 45 personnel and was profitably sold in 1996.

  • Launched Software Development Company

    Designed, programmed, and marketed complete business applications for CPA’s, distribution, and service industries. Created Financial Accounting System sold nationwide to CPA firms for write-up and financial analysis.
